1. Clemance Sizing Set
What is it?
A compact and elegant package with everything you need to measure your ring size at home. Order it for just €15 and find your perfect size in a few simple steps.
Additional Benefit:
Decide to order a ring afterward? The €15 will be fully deducted from your purchase amount, making the Clemance Sizing Set essentially free!
2. Personalized Jewelry (Dearest Collection)
Return Policy:
Personalized jewelry, where a specific stone has been chosen or a unique size requested, cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy:
Within 14 days of receipt, personalized jewelry can be exchanged for a gift card equal to the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
3. Non-Personalized/Vintage Jewelry
Return Policy:
Non-personalized jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
– Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
Exchange Policy:
Within 14 days, non-personalized jewelry can be exchanged for a different size or another product of equal value.
4. Return Shipping Costs
– Personalized Jewelry: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of error on our part.
– Non-Personalized Jewelry: Return shipping costs are €6.95 per shipment, unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
5. Exceptions
– Clemance Sizing Set: The Clemance Sizing Set cannot be returned unless it is defective or incomplete upon receipt.
– Damaged Jewelry: Jewelry damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered under our return policy.
6. Repairs and Adjustments
For repairs or size adjustments outside the warranty period, customers can contact our customer service for a quote.
Note: Since our Clemance Sizing Set helps you choose the right size before ordering, we no longer offer free adjustments.
